At Style Hub, we strive to ensure you have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. To support this, we offer a 7-day exchange facility on eligible products, subject to the terms outlined below.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for exchange.
Products are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, along with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Items that show signs of use, damage, scratches, stains, or tampering will not qualify for exchange and will be returned to the customer.
Exchanges are accepted in cases of size issues, manufacturing defects, or if a damaged product is received at the time of delivery. Exchange requests based on personal preferences such as change of style or design are not applicable.
To help us process your request efficiently, customers are required to share clear images or videos of the product at the time of raising the exchange request. This allows our team to verify the product condition before approval.
Once your exchange request is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched after the original item is received and successfully passes our quality check.
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, customers may select an alternative product of equal value. Any price difference, if applicable, must be settled by the customer.
Shipping charges for exchanges may apply and will be communicated clearly at the time of the request. These charges are non-refundable.
Style Hub reserves the right to approve or decline any exchange request based on product condition and compliance with this policy.
